Financial Services Support Staff Manager

Support Staff Manager-will be responsible for the management, training, coaching, development and mentoring of our professional support staff.  This role will also support the development, execution and management of initiatives and activities in support of the Company’s engagement and culture efforts.

Bachelors degree, 3+ years experience in HR or Management in Financial Services

Series 7 license a plus OR must be willing to obtain within reasonable time frame

Most important is a passion for building a great team, creating an engaging environment and a POSITIVE attitude
