Financial Service Sales Assistant
This position provides ongoing day-to-day support of a Financial Advisor’s book of business. While tasks may vary day to day, responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
• Servicing and maintenance of client accounts
• Prepare client communications
• Answering client phone calls
• Working with clients to ensure proper account opening procedures and documentation
• Proactively resolving clients’ issues and concerns
• Providing account information to clients and maintaining key client relationships
• Taking and placing customer orders in brokerage and advisory accounts
• Maintaining client database
• Assist in client annual review preparation
• Regular client contact and communication
• Comply with all industry rules and regulation and firm policies
While experience in the industry is preferred a strong administrative assistant with the soft skills and eagerness to learn could be very successful in the role. The most important part of our business is our clients!
