Title: Financial Sales Associate (FSA)

Job Description:

Delibert Employment Solutions is partnered with a Financial Advisor, who is looking for a proactive and client-focused Financial Sales Associate (FSA) to provide day-to-day support to the Financial Advisor’s book of business. The FSA will play a critical role in servicing and maintaining client accounts, preparing communications, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various client-related tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management:
    • Service and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Assist clients with account opening procedures and ensure all documentation is properly completed.
  • Client Communication:
    • Prepare and send client communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
    • Answer client phone calls and address their queries and concerns promptly.
    • Proactively resolve client issues and concerns, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Provide account information to clients and maintain key client relationships through regular contact and communication.
  • Order Processing:
    • Take and place customer orders in brokerage and advisory accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Database Management:
    • Maintain the client database, ensuring all client information is kept current and organized.
  • Meeting Preparation:
    • Assist in the preparation for client annual reviews, gathering necessary documents and information.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Comply with all industry rules, regulations, and firm policies, ensuring all activities are conducted with integrity and in compliance with regulatory standards.


  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools is a plus.
