System Administrator

Job Summary

Provide onsite and remote support for customers on deployed technologies. The System Administrator is responsible for providing pre-emptive and break-fix services to new and existing customers in support of their IT infrastructure.

Essential Functions:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Monitor assigned tickets and tasks to provide service and then escalate if necessary
  • Provide desktop, server and network support (including administering and maintaining end-user accounts, password resets/unlocks and email configuration and support)
  • Deliver technical customer support remotely and in-person
  • Perform scheduled maintenance

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Internal IT support as needed
  • Participate in emergency on-call rotation schedule if deemed necessary

  • Microsoft Windows Desktop OS
  • Desktop and laptop hardware
  • Antivirus
  • Ubiquiti wireless networks
  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Microsoft Windows Active Directory
  • Microsoft Hosted Exchange
  • Microsoft 365
  •  
  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • Normal: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday
  • Will require occasional after-hours work including weekends
