Job Summary
Provide onsite and remote support for customers on deployed technologies. The System Administrator is responsible for providing pre-emptive and break-fix services to new and existing customers in support of their IT infrastructure.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor assigned tickets and tasks to provide service and then escalate if necessary
- Provide desktop, server and network support (including administering and maintaining end-user accounts, password resets/unlocks and email configuration and support)
- Deliver technical customer support remotely and in-person
- Perform scheduled maintenance
Additional Responsibilities:
- Internal IT support as needed
- Participate in emergency on-call rotation schedule if deemed necessary

- Microsoft Windows Desktop OS
- Desktop and laptop hardware
- Antivirus
- Ubiquiti wireless networks
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Microsoft Windows Active Directory
- Microsoft Hosted Exchange
- Microsoft 365

- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Normal: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday
- Will require occasional after-hours work including weekends
