Job Description:

Delibert Employment Solutions is recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Paraplanner to join the team of our trusted client partner. This role is integral to supporting our senior advisors by preparing for client meetings, executing follow-up tasks, and conducting financial research. The Financial Paraplanner will have the opportunity to grow within the firm, potentially advancing to roles such as Certified Financial Planner, Senior Advisor, and even Equity Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Meeting Preparation:
    • Prepare files and necessary documentation for client meetings.
    • Conduct follow-up tasks post-meetings to ensure client needs are met and promises are delivered.
  • Financial Planning:
    • Input client information into financial planning programs.
    • Draft initial versions of financial plans for senior advisors to review and finalize.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Meet with clients to complete applications and necessary paperwork.
    • Provide service and support to clients with modest portfolios and less complex planning needs.
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct investment and financial planning research.
    • Utilize various financial tools and applications to support planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Licenses:
    • Series 7 and 65 or 66 licenses are required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in the use of financial planning software and tools.
