Personal Lines Account Manager

New opportunities for Personal Lines Account Managers. Must have a valid P&C license. Salary will depend on experience and opportunity. All offer benefits. Positions available in Monroe, Livingston, Wayne and Ontario Counties.

Task include but are not limit to:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and faxes with regard to billing, premium, coverage changes, issuing auto ID cards, applications, endorsements, and other business as needed
  • Quoting new policies, writing/rewriting policies to multiple carriers etc.
  • Handle other types of servicing calls depending on the needs of the insureds, etc.
  • Maintain working knowledge of underwriting guidelines, insurance laws and regulations

Skills:

  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently as well as with a team
  • Experience with agency management systems and rating platforms (Applied Preferred)
