Insurance Producer - Property and Casualty

Job Description:

Delibert Employment Solutions is recruiting a dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Producer specializing in Property and Casualty insurance to join our well established client's growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and providing comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. This role demands strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
  • Prospect and identify new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clients’ insurance programs to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Policy Management:
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate property and casualty insurance policies, explaining coverage options, policy terms, and pricing.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and recommendations to clients.
  • Facilitate the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and handling claims promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Compliance and Record Keeping:
  • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, policy details, and communications.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ products and services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role, with a focus on Property and Casualty insurance.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
• Licenses and Certifications:
  • Valid Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM systems.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
